Eligibility criteria and Qualification for Analyst :

Eligible streams: BE/BTech, ME/MTech graduates and post graduates in Circuit branches like Electronics / Telecommunication / Computer Engineering / Electronics and Communication / Electrical and Electronics Engineering: (EEE, EE, ECE, ETC, ENTC), and IT, CSE branches which are Computer Technology / Computer Science and Technology / Computer Science / Information Technology and specialization in all branches of Engineering , B.E. / B. Tech / BSC IT, Postgraduate are eligible to apply
Experience of 0-2 years with good understanding software licensing, cloud technology and SAM tools
Marks Eligibility – For off Campus hiring Batch 2023 Pass-Out – 60% and above in Engineering, without any active back-logs. A minimum of 60% throughout X, XII, Graduation with no backlog.

Job description:

ServiceNow Business Analyst assists the lead or works independently designing, developing and implementing IT, GRC, Cyber, Risk processes, conducting research and performing analysis required to build respective modules within ServiceNow Platform, captures business requirements in a form of agile stories, as well as testing configured functionalities end to end as soon as these have been developed.
Ensuring high quality work delivery within appropriate timeline and adhering to pre-defined methodologies in assigned projects, catering to intellectual property & software license compliance, software asset management processes and policies, supplier vendor contract review etc. Build an understanding of client business and industry.

Responsibilities

Servicenow IRM, SecOps Transformation Projects where in the responsibilities may include one or all form the following:

1. Partnering with business users to gather all requirements to formulate business specifications and translating those into business functionality.

2. Documenting workflows and results of business analysis and obtaining sign-off from users on specifications.

3. Assisting the technical team in translating application functionality into application architecture and the production of a business functionality requirements statement.

4. Communicating the business directives, goals, and needs to the technical team and serving as business interface from the enterprise’s operational management team managing expectations and defining business satisfaction metrics.

5. Designing and executing test plans to ensure that business requirements and functional specifications are implemented properly and meet ROI objectives.
