Eligibility criteria and Qualification for Analyst :

Eligible streams: BE/BTech – Circuit branches like Electronics / Telecommunication / Computer Engineering / Electronics and Communication / Electrical and Electronics Engineering: (EEE, EE, ECE, ETC, ENTC), and IT, CSE branches which are Computer Technology / Computer Science and Technology / Computer Science / Information Technology and specialization in all branches of Engineering are eligible to apply
Marks Eligibility – For off Campus hiring Batch 2023 Pass-Out – 60% and above in Engineering, without any active back-logs. A minimum of 60% throughout X, XII, Graduation with no backlog.

Job description:

Person who is keen in Technology Risk transformation, Ethical Hacking, Cyber Security and IT Audit activities and who can play a role of core team member / leaders.
Keeping all the engagement stakeholders connected, prepares and develop summary of processes and meetings.
Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions with focus on Technology and Cyber.
Leading ongoing reviews of IT and business processes and developing optimization in security strategies.
Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems keeping security and compliance as topmost priority.
Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
Performing requirements analysis, documenting, and communicating the results of your efforts.
Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff

Regulatory compliance assistance in Cyber for some of the key sectors including Telecom, BFSI, Oil and Gas, IT/ ITeS, Retail and others
Development and documentation of information security / cyber security policies and procedures
Exposure to international standards like NIST, CIS 20, ISO27001, ISO 22301, ISO 20000, PCI-DSS, certifications like CISA, CISSP, CIPP, CIPM
Aligned organization strategy to cyber strategy
Developing cyber strategy roadmap, helping in implementation
Performing maturity assessment for cyber setup
Recommending roadmap for strengthening the organizations cyber security posture
Ability to perform independent assessment for third parties and provide recommendations to clients in order to minimize cyber security risks
Strengthening of organizations business continuity posture
Candidate should have experience in working in teams and managing internal and external stakeholders
